When I received the microphone, it appeared fine, but when I attempted to use it with my Xbox, it seemed that the microphone was terrible and people over Xbox Live could not hear me. It’s probably because of the distance between the mic and the wearer’s mouth. Would not recommend.

the headset works well,but i found out upon delivery that the headset was for an at&t cell phone,as that was what the packaging had described the expected it to be used for.
